Job Summary Operational Manager Genesis Pain Management :
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Operations Manager for our Pain Management Clinic under Accident Centers of Texas. This role will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing daily operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to Personal Injury (PI) and Auto Injury patients.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the leadership team, including Nurse Practitioners and MDs, to deliver outstanding care while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of the Personal Injury (PI) and Auto Injury industry. You must be a proactive problem-solver, skilled in process optimization, team management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Management :
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, including Nurse Practitioners and Clinic Management staff, ensuring they provide excellent patient care and services.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance management, and ensure compliance with staffing requirements for both Pain Management and Accident Centers of Texas
Operational Oversight :
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently, including patient flow, billing, and documentation.Monitor and improve the efficiency of office workflows, including patient intake, assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.Ensure compliance with medical regulations, industry standards, and healthcare laws, especially regarding Personal Injury and Auto Injury cases.Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care and service delivery.Business Development and Strategy :
Analyze clinic operations and performance data to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and service improvement.Work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain Personal Injury and Auto Injury patients.Maintain and build relationships with referring physicians, attorneys, insurance companies, and other partners to drive clinic business.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial goals, revenue targets, and operational objectives are met.Patient Care and Experience :
Ensure that patient care standards are upheld in alignment with the clinic’s mission and values, providing exceptional service to PI and Auto Injury patients.Handle patient concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner to ensure high patient satisfaction.Oversee patient education efforts regarding treatment plans, therapies, and services offered at the clinic.Financial Management and Reporting :
Oversee budget management and cost control for clinic operations, identifying areas for improvement.Ensure timely and accurate billing, coding, and insurance verification for PI and Auto Injury patients.Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, including financials, patient volume, staff performance, and operational efficiency.Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure all clinic operations comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and relevant state and federal laws.Implement risk management strategies to reduce liability, improve safety protocols, and ensure the clinic operates within legal and ethical boundaries.Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare operations role, ideally within a Pain Management or Personal Injury / Auto Injury clinic.Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.Strong business acumen, including knowledge of healthcare finance, budgeting, and KPIs.In-depth understanding of Personal Injury (PI) and Auto Injury practices, including billing, insurance processes, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and medical office management software.A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.Benefits :
