CBRN Logistics Systems Representative

Job Description :

• Seeking part-time candidates.
• The CBRN Logistics Systems Representative will work in a team environment and provide support to other team members of the Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Informational Resource Center (CBRN-IRC).
• Provide logistics systems support by using Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) information systems, internet-based resources and a number of additional tools in the operation of the CBRN-IRC.  In order to support the CBRN-IRC mission, the candidate shall receive, process, research, track, and respond to customer inquiries that are submitted through various communication methods, primarily via telephone or email.
• The subject matter of the inquiries will be related to the mission of the Joint Program Executive Office- Chemical Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) and the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command Consequence Management program.  Inquiries received for these two (2) programs will have distinct requirements for information / data entry, tracking and responsibility for resolution.  In general, candidate will participate in the resolution of JPEO-CBD related inquires, while the responsibility for TACOM inquiries will be primarily to log the customer issues into the ticketing system.
