Customer Onboarding Specialist

Overview:

Acquevo is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Customer Enrollment Representative in Tinley Park, IL. This role involves enrolling customers into new services within the energy and telecommunications fields, all within a retail setting. Sales training is provided, and it's paid training, with a flexible full-time schedule including weekends, and a split between office and retail locations.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will:

• Enroll customers into new services within the energy and telecommunications fields, utilizing effective sales techniques.
• Split your time between office and retail locations, engaging with potential customers and providing information about available services.
• Utilize sales training to effectively communicate the benefits of the offered services and close enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment details.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing enrollments and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, with the ability to work full-time hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales training will be provided; willingness to learn and adapt to new processes is essential.
