Job Opportunity : Radiology / Cardiology - Radiation Therapist

Facility : Novant Health Cancer Institute - Rowan NHMG

Location : Salisbury, NC

Employment Type : Travel / Contract

Shift : Day (5x8 Hours) 7 : 30 16 : 30

Start Date : 4 / 10 / 2025

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Compensation : Rate Type : Hourly

Over Time : 40 total hours in 1 week : 1.25%

Double Time : None

On-Call : 10$

Call Back : 1.5%

Holiday Pay : 1.5%

Additional Information :

### RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ###

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP :

Minimum Years of Experience : 1 Year Minimum Experience

Traveler Experience : Clinic WILL NOT Accept 1st Time Travelers

Locals Accepted / Rate Difference : Yes

  • General Skills : Adult Outpatient, CBCT / kV / mV Imaging, Beam Modifiers, Field Shaping
  • Specialty Treatment Experience : Electron Field, Respiratory Gating / Breath Hold for Left Breast
  • Specialty Cancers / Illnesses Experience : Prostate Cancer with Seeds / Fiducials
  • Dosimetry Systems : Electron Beam Therapy, IMRT
  • Linear Accelerator Experience : Varian True Beam

Certs : BLS, ARRT, ARRT (T)

  • 40 Hours Can Be Offered

    • Will Accept 13 WEEKS

    8 HOUR DAYS; 07 : 30 - 16 : 30, Monday - Friday

    Call Requirement : NONE

    Float Requirement : NONE

    Weekend Requirement : NONE

    PATIENT DIAGNOSES : Radiation Therapist - deliver radiation as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Prefer a therapists experienced in True Beam.

    UNIT SYSTEMS : ARIA

    SCRUBS : Royal Blue
