The Productivity Integration Operations Leader serves within the P&SM Direct Procurement Cost-Collaboration Team to operationalize supplier productivity and value-creation initiatives across commodities. The role translates enterprise strategy into execution through disciplined operating rhythms, shared metrics, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Supply Chain Quality, Finance, and Commodity Management. The leader enables commodity teams and key suppliers to deliver validated cost savings and total cost-of-ownership improvements without compromising safety or quality. You will establish and run the operating system (cadence, dashboards, governance) for the Cost-Collaboration portfoliodriving transparent execution from idea through financial validation and sustainment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing / Operations, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 5 years in industrial / manufacturing / operations / supply chain or military procurement / logistics environment.

The base pay range for this position is 157,000.00 - 209,000.00 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
