What Youll Do :

Lead Management + Pipeline Generation :

Self-Sourced Strategy : Get creative! Use tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create and curate targeted lists of mid-market prospects. Then, craft personalized, multi-channel outbound messages that speak directly to each persona, industry, and use case. It's all about sparking interest and opening doors!

Inbound Lead Strategy : Be quick on your feet! Respond to inbound requests within the first hour, connecting with multiple stakeholders and ensuring you're converting leads like a pro.

Discovery & Consultative Selling :

Lead Discovery Sessions : Dig deep into our customers' world. Understand their compliance needs, pain points, and business goals. Youll be their guide to the perfect solution.

Positioning Value : Showcase how our compliance solutions perfectly align with their goalsyour pitch will leave them saying, "Wow, this is exactly what we need!"

Industry Expertise : Bring your A-game! Build trust by demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of the industry.

Competitive Edge : Understand how EasyLlama stacks up against competitors, and effortlessly turn objections into opportunities with insights and empathy.

Solution Design & Presentation :

Product Demos & Presentations : Lead engaging, tailored demos for various stakeholders. Each pitch is an opportunity to show how our solutions will transform their business.

Customized Proposals : Create compelling proposals that speak directly to their compliance needs. Highlight the ROI and long-term benefits with confidence.

Customer Stories : Use real-life success stories to create powerful, relatable narratives that win hearts and minds.

Complex Buying Process Navigation :

Build a Closing Plan : Navigate the intricacies of complex sales processesthink multiple stakeholders, RFPs, and negotiations.

Relationship Building : Forge strong connections with decision-makers, champions, and influencers at all levels to speed up the decision-making process, from the front lines to the C-suite.

Executive Support : Leverage internal execs to help seal the deal when the stakes are high.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting :

Manage Your Pipeline : Keep your pipeline flowing and transparent in the CRM, giving leadership a clear view of your deals. You'll be the expert at forecasting and tracking deal status.

Meet Your KPIs : Own it! Hit your weekly goals with easewhether its win-rate, inbound lead conversion, or generating new opportunities. Get those 100 outbound calls in and keep the momentum strong.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

Collaborate Like a Pro : Partner up with marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to refine strategies and constantly improve.

Feedback Loop : Share insights and experiences in internal communications to continuously elevate product offerings and sales tactics.

Represent the Brand & Thought Leadership :

Engage Online : Be active on social media and engage with the industry. Share your expertise to position us as thought leaders in the space.

Who You Are :

Experience : You have 3+ years of experience selling and closing in the Mid Market segment (100-1,000 employees) within B2B SaaS.

Strategic & Account-Driven : You've developed and executed account strategies, and you're great at managing multiple deals and territories.

Executive-Level Influence : Youre comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing at every stage of the process.

Outcome-Oriented : You're results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your focus is always on making things happen and hitting your numbers.

Adaptable : Youve worked in fast-moving, high-growth startups and know how to navigate ambiguity with ease.

Communication Guru : Whether written or verbal, you communicate with clarity and confidence.

Tech-Savvy : You know your way around modern sales tools and productivity software to get the job done!
