Cashier / Supervisor
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Cashier / Supervisor with sales experience to lead front-of-house operations, drive daily sales, and create an excellent guest experience. This role combines register accuracy, team leadership, and upselling skills to maximize revenue and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate POS system accurately for all transactions
- Supervise front counter staff and ensure smooth shift flow
- Drive sales through upselling, add-ons, and promotions
- Open and close registers; handle cash, deposits, and reports
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Train and coach cashiers on service standards and sales techniques
- Ensure lobby, counter, and beverage station are always clean and stocked
- Monitor product availability and communicate with BOH
- Enforce company policies, food safety, and customer service standards
- Support catering orders, vending and high-volume service periods

Minimum 2 years of cashier and / or retail / restaurant sales experiencePrior supervisory or shift-lead experience requiredStrong cash-handling and POS experienceExcellent communication and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to lead a team in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 lbsFood Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)Skills & Qualities :
