Cordisco and Saile is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, A+ Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic personal injury team located in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. As a key member of our firm, a successful candidate will immediately become a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of pre-litigation, throughout the duration of all assigned matters through settlement or transfer to the litigation team.

Responsibilities :

• Matter Management

Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to gather all relevant information.

Assist in case evaluation and strategy development.

Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents.

Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence

Maintain case files and databases.

Administrative Support

Perform general administrative tasks, such as assisting with incoming phone calls, scheduling and maintaining calendars, and assisting team members if needed.

Qualifications :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law

Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Familiarity with medical and injury claim terminology preferred

Proficient in the use of legal case management software (Litify a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
