We're looking for an assertive and ambitious legal professional based in our Austin, TX office who strives to be at the forefront of the pharmacy industry. Your role and responsibilities will involve working closely with our small legal team along with our robust compliance and technology team to provide support in various legal matters. You will be expected to have significant experience and expertise in the legal field, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to work in the office, not just tolerates it.

What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal problems to aid in case preparation.
• Under the supervision of senior legal professionals, assist in the drafting of legal documents, contracts, petitions, and communications.
• Legal records, case files, and relevant statutes should be reviewed and summarized.
• Keep accurate and well-organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attorneys to achieve successful case management and communication.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the company.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document management.
• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure the organization remains compliant at all times.
