Production Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production team in managing day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating production schedules assisting with quality control ensuring timely deliveries and supporting the overall workflow to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing and maintaining production schedules.

Coordinate with team members to ensure projects meet deadlines.

Monitor quality standards and report any discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain production-related documentation.

Support inventory tracking and supply management.

Communicate with suppliers vendors and clients as needed.

Assist in troubleshooting production issues.

Qualifications : Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

Previous experience in a production manufacturing or administrative support role is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
