Training Manager

A company is seeking a Training Manager to assist with their Digital Workplace Transformation initiative. The training will center around OneDrive, as well as M365, Windows 11, and SharePoint. This role requires adaptability and strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences. Key responsibilities include developing training materials, refining content approaches, and contributing to the overall strategy for training the workforce, including creating decks, hosting calls, and creating demos to support employee learning. The ideal candidate will assist with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 adoption, ensuring teams can navigate new tools with confidence.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years' experience creating training tools, creating training roadmap, dealing with a variety of business groups
• Experience with a MSFT stack rollout / implementation, specifically OneDrive
• Ability to translate technical terms into digestible information

Plusses

Compensation :

$45 / hr to $55 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
