Job Summary : Responsible for all aspects related to entering of medication orders and workflow management.
Responsibilities
Job Duties :
- Responsible for daily preparation of call center workflow
- Responsible for accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions and refills
- Responsible for maintaining prescription refill requests
- Responsible for Foundation Assistance management
- Responsible as a backup for inbound / outbound calls as required
- Responsible for accurately selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
- Provide clinical services in TherigySTM
- Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
- Work with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts / orders
- Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
- May assist in orienting and training new employees
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Attendance Requirements :
Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts.Must be able to work nights as required.Educational Requirements :
Minimum : High School Diploma or GEDPreferred : Pharmacy technician or related certificationExperience :
Past experience in a customer service related field6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technicianSpecial Conditions of Employment :
Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction / disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionJob Skill Requirements :
