As a Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member at Hunter Roach - State Farm Agent, you are essential to driving our sales efforts and ensuring the success of our clients. Your primary focus is to cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products and services as solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Role Insurance Sales / Account Manager
• Lead generation and Client prospecting
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Generate and present insurance quotes to clients, comparing different coverage options and pricing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service while actively promoting insurance products. Assist customers by addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy updates, transfers, claim processes, and billing details to support sales and enhance client satisfaction.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
• MUST HAVE P&C LICENSE AND STATE FARM EXPERIENCE
