515 COMMUNITY RESIDENT, SEMINARY TRACK

OBJECTIVE
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the 515 Community Team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to the 515 Community + Connect Groups Lead. Relentlessly pursue an excellent experience for attendees of Passion City Church and empower the people of our House to find their place in community. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Successfully lean in and complete all seminary class assignments on time and with excellence
- Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
- Work alongside the 515 Community Team to execute strategic Sunday engagement, community formation, and connect group initiatives. This includes but is not limited to Leader recruitment / development, small group content curation / editing, planning of leader trainings / gatherings, attendee placement into groups, and more.
- Execute various administrative responsibilities including but not limited to auditing group rosters, facilitating leader portal troubleshooting, managing cross-team communications, submitting team expenses, coordinating meeting schedules + set ups etc.
- Champion and represent the culture, vision, and theology of our House in every interaction, embodying excellent hospitality, professionalism, and relational capacity.
- Build relationships with leaders of our House and work to engage them into Community environments at Passion City. This could include creating + coordinating gatherings and other opportunities to build community.

CLASS + WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday
Seminary (4-5 classes / semester) - 20 hours / week in mandatory study hall + Formation
Ministry team - 12-16 hours / week
PLE Team - 4-8 hours / week
This CLASS + WORK SCHEDULE provides the general breakdown for the 40-hour work week allotted to you and in no way states or implies that all seminary and / or ministry work can be done in the allotted time for each. Full-time seminary alongside a ministry role is an undertaking that should be responsibility calculated.
