As a Nurse you will:

Provide specialized, complex care to meet the nursing/medical needs your patient.

Educate and support the family and caregiver in meeting personalized care goals.

Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of your patient’s needs.

Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.

Support the patient’s and family’s cultural beliefs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered licensure (RN/LPN) through the Arizona State Board of Nursing, or comparable Compact State License.

Proficiency with computers and use of electronic medical records.

Valid driver's license, with maintenance of safe driving record, and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.

Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Position requires regular local travel to fulfill job responsibilities and will include daytime and evening hours.

Familiarity with geriatric needs (examples include diabetic care, patient education, wound care, ostomy care, and home safety education).

Experience in Med/Surge, ICU, and ER preferred.
