At Doral Health & Wellness, we take pride in our commitment to serving the Brooklyn, New York community with integrated interdisciplinary health services in our state-of-the-art medical facility.

We are dedicated to our patient’s health and well-being, and we are currently seeking a talented and motivated Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments.
  • Greet and assist patients in person.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Supervise and provide support to the reception team.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and diverse working environment for all team members.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Prior experience in front desk and administrative roles.
  • Experience in Clinical or Adult Day Care settings is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competitive pay starts at $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
