Director of Project Management

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management for their Paid Media team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee workstream planning, coordinating project schedules and deliverables across media campaigns

Manage day-to-day workflow, ensuring timely execution and delivery of multiple campaigns

Partner with media and analytics teams to optimize performance and streamline reporting processes

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in paid media project management within a health-focused agency

Strong understanding of digital media channels and analytics

Familiarity with media trafficking and reporting tools

Proficiency in project management tools and media-specific processes

Experience in healthcare agency settings managing MLR / IRB submissions and approval cycles
