Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in component-level repair of machinery.
- Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of associated parts.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Manual machining experience with lathe, mill, etc., is a strong plus.
Job Duties :
Learn repair techniques under the supervision of a senior technician.Disassemble and clean parts.Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components.Compile Bill of Materials (BOM) for necessary repairs.Provide reports on "as-found" and "as-built" conditions.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of failures and collaborate with the engineering team when needed.Follow established policies and procedures for equipment repair and shop workflow.Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the evaluation and rebuild process.Assist with pickup and delivery of customer equipment as needed.Requirements :
Proven experience of 3+ years as a maintenance mechanic.Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, BOMs, and technical drawings.Strong organizational and time management skills.Process Management - Achieve the requirements and primary accountabilities by :
