About The Position

As an outgoing and energetic personal shopper within The Fresh Market, you are ensuring the highest service levels are provided to our guests through genuine and positive interactions while masterfully picking their orders, and over time, building relationships with the guests so you can understand their needs and preferences.

Availability

To meet the needs of our stores, guests, and teams, this position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Guest service-related experience in a retail, grocery, or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age except for Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, must be at least 19 years of age
