LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 01 / 12 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, evenings Employment Type : Travel Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required Prior travel experience required Must have robotic , orthopedic , neuro experience Strong experience preferred in : Ortho Oncology Bariatrics Vascular Neuro Trauma Robotics Licensure & Certifications : Active FL or Compact RN license required at submission BLS required ACLS preferred PALS preferred Education : Degree accreditation must be on profile If not, must have 5 years of experience Schedule : Shift : Monday, Thursday, & Friday 10 : 30 AM-11 : 00 PM Call : 1 call shift per week after scheduled day (2-4 hours) 1-2 12-hour weekend call shifts per month EMR : Epic Scrubs : Hospital provides scrubs Submission Requirements All RTO or schedule requests must be included at submission No RTO or scheduling changes approved after submission Floating & Radius Radius Rule : Candidate must live 50 miles from permanent address Floating Required : Travelers float first Possible float to sister campuses Culture & Expectations Culture is very important Travelers are welcomed and expected to function as core staff PJ -HC (Gulf Coast Medical Center-AN-1048) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
