As a technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to thousands of customers. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you can deliver an outstanding customer experience while educating and connecting Americans in every home you visit.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your Role :

You will travel to customers' homes, address issues, and introduce them to innovative smart home technology.

  • Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' residences.
  • Guide customers on how to effectively use their technology and suggest additional services when beneficial.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently, yet connected with your team.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid Driver's License : Clean driving record required.

  • Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
  • Must not exceed a weight limit of 335 lbs.
  • Customer Focus : Committed to building trust and delivering a great customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Adapt and resolve a variety of challenges on-site.
  • Determination : Ability to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
  • Adaptability : Capable of managing changes and unexpected tasks efficiently.

    • Compensation : $19.75 / Hour
