The Design Specialist is a key member of the Design Department, responsible for guiding clients through the exciting process of designing their dream kitchen, bath, or interior space. This role combines technical precision with stylistic creativity , utilizing our stunning showroom atmosphere and cutting edge tools to produce detailed, accurate, and inspiring interior visual concepts and layouts.

The Design Specialist  collaborates directly with homeowners, builders and interior designers to translate ideas into stunning reality — ensuring every project is beautiful, functional, and ready for fabrication and installation.

The key responsibilities of the Design Specialist are :

• Working directly with clients in the showroom to curate selections and materials for their project.
• Collaborate with teammates to determine new product offerings, price points and market trends
• Keep current with client interactions in the CRM portal to ensure timely execution of client deadlines
• Proactively notate job information to keep all levels of staff aware of the job situation
• Directly assist Design Lead and Design Director with weekly and monthly reporting of Design Team efficiency and effectiveness
• Help the Design Department meet and exceed all targets and goals
• Assist with and attend marketing and networking events to promote the Quality Granite & interiors brand awareness and market penetration.
