Job Title : Logistics Analyst / Coordinator

Duration : 12 Months Contract on W2 Only

Location : Austin, TX 78728 (Onsite)

Job Description : The Role :

  • Join Client s HW Management team in supporting a new product introduction.
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Hardware Logistics Coordinator.
  • In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth handling and allocation of Hardware allocation and delivery during a high-volume ramp.
  • This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work closely with cutting-edge technology.

  • You should have strong problem-solving skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate Hardware delivery to global teams utilizing proprietary management software system while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the physical handling, unboxing, and careful management of Hardware assets.
  • Understand business needs and time-sensitive priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and provide updates to the team on the status of hardware deliveries.
  • Assist with data entry and reporting using Excel, ensuring accurate and clear records.

    • Qualifications :

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Quick thinker with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Excel or similar tools for data entry and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Previous experience in inventory management or logistics.
  • Familiarity with handling sensitive or high-value materials.
  • Basic understanding of internal order management systems.
