Job Description :

The Program Manager (PgM) will provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for delivery of the Veteran Experience Services Eligibility and Enrollment (VESEE) 2.0 modernization program. This individual will oversee planning, execution, and sustainment of the VA's next-generation Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) ecosystem-modernizing the VHA Enrollment System (ES) and consolidating legacy systems into a secure, scalable, and user-centered platform. The Program Manager ensures delivery aligns with VA's mission to build a seamless, modern, and Veteran-centric enrollment experience, while meeting technical, schedule, cost, and performance objectives.

Requirements :

• U.S Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• This position is remote but may require occasional onsite meetings in McLean, VA.
• You can be based out of following states : AZ, DC, FL, GA, OH, ME, MD, SC, TX, UT, VA, NC, OK, WV.

Qualifications and Experience :

Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Kafka, Redis, Oracle Database, React / Next.js, GitHub, Kubernetes, and Docker.
