Schedule : M–F, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (some evenings for events)
The Role :
This position is a blend of phone-based inside sales and external marketing support, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. You will guide customers through the moving sales process, manage job files in SmartMoving CRM, and secure bookings. You will also represent the company at real estate and industry events.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound sales calls and leads.
Consult with customers to identify needs (packing, storage, specialty items).
Build accurate job files, communicate pricing, and secure deposits.
Meet a minimum performance standard of $30,000 in booked sales per month .
Attend real estate meetings and assist with marketing tasks alongside the VP of Sales. Mandatory Requirements :
Moving industry sales experience strongly preferred (or proven success in inside sales / home-services sales).
Ability to communicate clearly and manage complex customer decisions.
Strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
Professional presentation for external events.
