job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrepare billing statements promptly and accurately. Experience in HMO, PPO, and DENTICAL. Prepare claim forms for patients with dental insurance. Prepare and send overdue account letters as directed. Call patients and insurance companies with accounts overdue. Identifies and resolves patient billing questions and concerns. Post checks received each day. Enter financial transactions and miscellaneous correspondence on the system. Sort, organize, and distribute mail. Scan all related billing statements and documentation as assigned. Adheres to all HIPAA guidelines / regulations. Great verbal and written communication Customer Service experience Dental Orthodontic terminology experience preferred Organization Time Management Software and computer skills Full-Time Hourly+ Benefits 7 : 00 am -3 : 30 pm or 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Mon- Fri Pay $20-$25 (DOE)

As a Dental Billier at Children's Dental FunZone, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will bring experience in dental billing, a robust understanding of insurance claims processing, and a passion for ensuring that children receive the highest quality oral health care. Join us in creating smiles and nurturing a welcoming atmosphere for our young patients.
Must have Denti-Cal experience! Non-Remote
