Required Qualifications

General Surgery board certification is required; a fellowship is preferred

Must have a Wisconsin medical license or be eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

ACLS and BLS are required

Expertise in laparoscopic surgery, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, GI endoscopy, and minor orthopedic procedures

Surgical Skills and Procedures
