This position runs South Central regional freight only . There is no West Coast routing , and drivers are not dispatched nationwide. The focus is predictable lanes, dedicated customers, and freight that keeps drivers moving without unnecessary downtime.

Running Area & Freight
Drivers operate throughout the South Central and Southeast regions , commonly running Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and surrounding states. Freight remains regional and consistent this is not an all-48-states role .
Loads consist of a mix of dry van and refrigerated freight , all 100% no-touch . Approximately 75% of freight is drop-and-hook , with the remainder live unloads at delivery. Drivers generally run 1-2 loads per day , averaging 300-500 miles daily , depending on lane length.
Weekly mileage typically ranges between 2,300 and 2,650 miles , with higher mileage available for drivers who want to maximize earnings.
Home Time
Home time is based on experience level and clearly defined from the start.
After gaining three months of solo experience , new drivers become eligible for weekly home time , depending on location and lane availability.
Home-time expectations are discussed during onboarding so drivers know exactly what to expect before dispatch.
Pay & Earnings
Pay is competitive and based on verified experience.
A limited sign-on bonus is available for qualified drivers who schedule orientation within the designated timeframe. Ask recruiting for details.
New Driver Pathway
Drivers with no prior over-the-road experience are welcome to apply if they have completed an accredited CDL program with a minimum of 120 training hours .
New drivers complete 3-4 weeks of paid mentor training , focusing on trip planning, hours-of-service compliance, backing, customer procedures, and DOT regulations. Training pay averages $650-$700 per week , paid weekly.
Once training is completed, drivers transition directly to solo status, receive their own tractor, and move into standard CPM pay.
Equipment & Support
Drivers operate 53-foot trailers with clean, well-maintained equipment. Assigned trucks are provided after orientation, and drivers may take their truck home if they have secure, approved parking.

Drivers are expected to operate safely, follow DOT regulations, maintain accurate logs, and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. This role requires alertness, reliability, and a commitment to consistent performance.
