High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0 – 3 years manufacturing / assembly experience Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time. Specific Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to wear clean room attire for clean room assembly. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work standing for periods of time.
Job Title - Cleanroom Assembly - mechanical large part assembly, not electrical
Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Test, calibrate, inspect and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Read and identify blueprint requirements such as : Epicor receiving / rejecting parts, Final inspection identify exception and file all documents,
- Epicor verification buy off and stamp hard card, In-Process inspection / verification all test certs are in hard card, Measure all sealing surfaces and O-ring depth.
