What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Database Administrator to join our AI and Data Defense and Security team. The individual will provide database design implementation and maintenance in support of organizational and mission goals and data modernization efforts for large-scale programs within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing implementing maintaining and securing databases

• Ensuring common operating environment is compliant with enterprise architecture

• Leading data modeling data warehousing and data migration

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust

• Bachelors Degree

• EIGHT (8) or more years of experience leading data modeling data warehousing and data migration

• EIGHT (8) or more years of AWS RDMS experience

• EIGHT (8) or more years of Oracle and/or Microsoft database experience

• FIVE (5) or more years of Informatica experience working with IICS PowerCenter and IDQ

• EIGHT (8) or years of SQL proficiency working with WebADIs and APIs

• FIVE (5) or more years of experience as a cybersecurity expert (i.e. Information System Security Engineers (ISSE) or Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO) as appropriate)

• PostgreSQL Certified Database Administrator

• Quality control and validation experience

• Experience ensuring data integrity performance and accessibility

• Excellent organizational prioritization and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail

• Experience developing new and re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements
