Transaction Audit Specialist

A company is looking for a Transaction Audit Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Review real estate transaction data and public records to identify discrepancies

Investigate inconsistencies using customer databases and public web research

Prepare and communicate findings to referral partner agents regarding discrepancies

Required Qualifications

Advanced understanding of U.S. names, nicknames, and geography

Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello, Salesforce, and Email

Ability to manage time independently and maintain focus on repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Fluency in spoken and written English
