De functie

Als gastheer / gastvrouw verwelkom je de gasten in jouw restaurant bij Center Parcs het Meerdal. Je luistert naar de wensen van de gast en geeft advies over de verschillende gerechten op de menukaart. Doe jij de opleiding MBO voor gastheer / vrouw en wil je daarnaast voor 4 dagen aan de slag binnen een bedrijf met doorgroeimogelijkheden, dan hebben wij de perfecte leer werk plek voor je.

Bij Albron centerparcs hebben we meerdere restaurants. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om in verschillende restaurants te werken, en om op die manier nog meer te leren.

Op elk Centerparcs hebben we een vaste stagebegeleider en meerdere leermeesters. Hierdoor is er altijd iemand die je kan helpen en begeleiden in je werk.

Woon je wat verder van het park dan kan je overnachten in onze stage bungalow op het park. Hierbij mag je gebruik maken van een aantal van de faciliteiten die centerparcs aanbiedt. Vraag hiernaar bij je sollicitatie.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Heel veel kennis opdoen en in praktijk brengen van aangeleerde vaardigheden
  • Gasten ontvangen
  • Bestellingen opnemen en adviseren over de gerechten die op de menukaart staan
  • Dranken klaarmaken en samen met de gerechten serveren
  • Voorbereidingen treffen in het restaurant : tafels klaarzetten, opruimen,
  • Je probeert de verwachtingen van de gast te overtreffen

Wat neem je mee?

  • Mbo-opleiding tot (zelfstandig werkend) gastheer / gastvrouw
  • Passie voor de horeca
  • Je bent enthousiast, stressbestendig, flexibel en gemotiveerd
  • Het beheersen van de Engelse taal is een voordeel
  • Ambitieus, leergierig en gedreven

  • Het salaris is op basis van de recreatie cao, afhankelijk van leeftijd
  • Onze restaurants zijn officieel erkend door het kenniscentrum; er is goede begeleiding aanwezig
  • 25 vakantie dagen per jaar op basis van een fulltime contract
  • Verblijf op het park indien nodig, je wordt onderdeel van een superleuk team.
