A company is looking for a Product Owner to provide leadership and oversight for product teams, ensuring successful execution of program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide Product Teams through all project lifecycle phases, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives
Develop and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with Agile teams to plan and commit to work
Monitor team performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage product risks and dependencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business and technology
Ten years of professional experience as a Product Owner or equivalent, managing complex systems
Experience in leading teams and managing project risks
Knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile / Scrum
Proficiency in MS project management tools and MS Office applications
