:   We are seeking a skilled  Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for welding and assembling structural steel components used in building and industrial applications. This role requires technical welding expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality, durable structures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform welding operations on structural steel using various welding methods (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and fit of materials.
• Set up welding equipment, including adjustment of voltage, amperage, and other settings to ensure high-quality welds.
• Inspect and test welds to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety and industry standards.
• Operate cutting and shaping equipment such as grinders, saws, and torches for preparation and finishing.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage, and ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion and address any technical challenges.

Requirements :

Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various positions.
