Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Duties

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress
• Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors
• Work closely with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to provide educational support
• Implement behavior management strategies in accordance with Applied Behavior Analysis principles
