Salary : $520-$550 per day

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.

DUTIES :

  • Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
  • Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
  • Identify chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
  • Perform Admission History and physical
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Perform Consult and discharge medication reconciliation
  • Provide behavioral health support

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
  • State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
