We are a mid-sized company committed to providing exceptional products and services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart their career in sales and make a real impact by driving new business within a designated territory.

Position Summary :  As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling and establishing relationships with potential clients. You will conduct on-site visits within your territory to present our services, understand client needs, and close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales skills and grow within a supportive and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients within your assigned territory.
  • Schedule and perform on-site visits to meet with prospective clients, presenting our products and services effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of interactions with clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our client base.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling within your territory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
