Description

• Lead EHS strategy and culture‑building initiatives across multiple sites
• Partner with plant leadership to drive compliance, minimize risk, and elevate safety standards
• Develop and implement environmental, health, safety, and security programs
• Conduct audits, hazard assessments, and corrective‑action plans
• Oversee environmental compliance : PSM, air, water, waste, SWPPP, and reporting
• Support investigations, training, and development of local EHS teams
• Track and present safety metrics that inform continuous improvement
