Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in delivering a memorable guest experience by providing efficient check-in / check-out services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
We are not considering any candidates who are not able to work on weekends or holidays.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous mannerPerform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accuratelyManage room reservations through phone, email, and third-party platformsProvide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractionsHandle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptlyMaintain accurate records of guest accounts and process paymentsEnsure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all timesCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest needsFollow hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocolsQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferredPrevious customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plusProficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, HotelKey, or similar) is an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situationsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and demeanorWorking Conditions :
Standing for extended periodsMay be required to lift or carry light items (e.g., luggage, packages)Fast-paced, customer-facing environmentHotel experience is required for this position. At this time, we are not considering any candidates who are not able to work on weekends or holidays.
