About the Role

Want to see how engineering, operations, and data come together to shape the future of manufacturing? At Jireh Metals, we’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Intern to jump in and help us make our operations smarter, faster, and more efficient. You’ll work directly on projects that improve the shop floor, streamline our ERP system, and even leverage operational metrics and AI to guide decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run time and cost studies to identify process improvements.
• Support ERP process mapping and system improvements.
• Take on a flagship project : connect shop floor data, operational metrics, and AI into one platform to help leadership make smarter, data-driven decisions.
• Create or update standard operating procedures and process docs.
• Collect and analyze data, turning insights into action.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and finance to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
