Wage and Benefits Package
Hourly Rate : $30–$50 (based on experience)
Paid Sick and Vacation Time : Up to 4 weeks based on length of service
Paid Holidays : 7 annually
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance : 50% company-paid
Term Life Insurance : 100% company-paid
Company-Matched Retirement Plan : 3% of earnings
