Job Description :

The Senior Technical Program Manager (STPM) is responsible for providing

day-to-day leadership, oversight, and execution management of complex IT

and cybersecurity programs supporting a Department of Defense mission.

This role serves as the primary technical and programmatic authority,

ensuring successful delivery of secure, compliant, and mission-critical

capabilities while leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

The STPM acts as the bridge between government stakeholders, technical

staff, and program leadership—ensuring operational excellence,

regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous performance

improvement across all assigned efforts.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

Program & Technical Leadership
