Job Description :

• Utilize SQL queries and reporting tools to identify and correct front desk-related data entry errors.
• Perform routine audits for benefit assignments, insurance relationships, and checkout status.
• Analyze service records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with billing requirements.
• Document current data entry processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each program.
• Identify and correct missing office and lab visits, billable services lacking codes, diagnoses without associated codes, and vaccination administration fees not entered.
• Correct incorrect service entry points and services logged under wrong events.
• Identify, merge, and clean duplicate patient records using EHR systems and tools.
• Maintain record consistency across the EHR to ensure accurate reporting and billing.
