A company is looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee the culture, engagement, and performance of the campaign while managing and developing direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop team leads to enhance team efficiency and meet performance standards
Collaborate with Client Services and Operations Director to achieve client and organizational objectives
Lead audits and process improvements to enhance business operations and employee experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years in a Contact Center Sales Operations Management role preferred
3+ years in an Operations Manager / Leadership role required
Experience managing contact centers with over 200 employees
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
