We at MASC Medical are representing a well-established mental health practice in Danbury, Connecticut, that is actively seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist with a strong interest or specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. This is a full-time, flexible opportunity offering a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care. With a collaborative team, light call responsibilities, and immediate hiring potential, this role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, clinical excellence, and a supportive environment. Position Overview
- Title : Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered)
- Location : Danbury, CT
- Schedule : 40 hours / week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care
- Call : Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks
- Start Date : Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end)
