Job Summary :

In this role, you will supervise, organize, and coordinate ABA services while adhering to ethical standards and operational guidelines. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality care. Your expertise will help shape treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, design treatment protocols, and oversee the implementation of ABA services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community stakeholders to provide coordinated care, all while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and quality assurance procedures.
