Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Answer customer inquiries about parts, fill order requests and sell parts across the counter
• Issue parts to service personnel upon request
• Ascertain make, year and type of part needed. Advise customer of part needed according to description by customer or service technician
• Discuss use and features of various parts
• Read catalog, service manuals or computer for replacement part stock number and price
• Place orders with suppliers to fulfill customer requirements
• Invoice orders upon completion

Requirements

• Good communication, organization, time management, and mathematical skills.
• 2 Years Automotive or Forklift Parts Experience Required.
• Self Motivation is a plus
• Detail Oriented is essential
• Microsoft Office Experience required
• Desire to work hard and take care of the customer
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
