Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Communicate effectively with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Policy Development : Create personalized insurance policies that align with the requirements of each client.

Sales Generation : Drive insurance sales growth by identifying potential clients and following up on new leads.

Product Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products to provide accurate information to clients.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance : Ensure all sales and services comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Licensing : Must have an active Ohio Property & Casualty License.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales is highly preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that engage clients effectively.

Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client experiences.

Sales Expertise : Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
