Key Responsibilities :

Dispatch Coordination : Assign and schedule carriers based on customer requests, optimizing load efficiency and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Route Optimization : Plan and adjust routes considering real-time factors like traffic and weather to improve efficiency and reduce transit times.

Communication & Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Customer Service : Collaborate with Account Representatives to keep them informed about vehicle deliveries, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Compliance : Accurately record dispatch details, routes, delivery statuses, and incidents while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Problem-Solving : Proactively address challenges such as delays, equipment breakdowns, or route changes to minimize disruptions.

Data Analysis : Evaluate data to derive actionable insights and support informed decision-making.

Negotiation & Pricing : Engage with carriers to negotiate costs, secure capacity, and drive profitability nationwide.

What We're Looking For :

Educational Background : Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in dispatching within auto hauling or a similar logistics environment.

Technical Proficiency : Skilled in dispatch management software, route optimization tools, and knowledgeable about transportation compliance regulations.

Strong Communication : Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with a customer-focused approach.

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think on your feet and implement effective solutions in high-pressure situations.

Attention to Detail : Meticulous approach to scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
