• Must be able to use a variety of reading and math strategies to meet the needs of exceptional students
• Must have strong organizational skills, able to schedule teaching, assessments, IEP meetings, and professional collaboration to meet all local, state, and federal requirements for special needs students
• Must be a strong communicator with parents and able to hold structured IEP meetings to meet all requirements
• Must be a critical thinker, team player, collaborator, and able to use students' academic performance data to make accurate decisions to meet students needs
